Berkeley Regional Services (BRS) does everything possible to ensure that the bi-weekly and monthly pay is processed accurately and on time. We work closely and partner with Berkeley's Payroll Policy and Controls group to surface and resolve any issues that may occur as quickly as possible.
Depending on your employee group, you will use either CalTime or the new CalKronos system to track your time and leave.
All bi-weekly paid employees in the following Unions:

AFSCME: Service Unit (SX) and Patient Care Technical (EX)
FUPOA: Police Officers (PA) and Police Sergeants (SA)

Access your designated online timekeeping system (CalTime or CalKronos) to enter and approve hours, vacation, sick, and other leaves by the appropriate deadline. All employees MUST enter and approve their hours or leave taken by each payroll deadline. Check out the Controller's Office webpage for Paycheck and Pay Dates.
For CalTime Users: CalTime is the campus online timekeeping system used by most job titles. Berkeley's CalTime website has a host of information and training resources. Plus, learn about how to add the CalTime calendar deadlines to your own Berkeley calendar (bCal).
For CalKronos Users (NEW as of July 19): A designated group of employees now use the CalKronos system for timekeeping. Go to the CalKronos Employees webpage for information on how to submit your time and leave, including Job Aids in English, Spanish and Simplified Chinese.
