BRS Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Berkeley Regional Services (BRS) is committed to continuous improvement and transparency. Below you will find a number of dashboards showing data on how we are performing in our service to our campus clients.

The dashboards highlight the volume of transactions and provides a sense of how long it takes BRS to complete some of those processes. We are continuously looking for ways to shorten the processing time(s) so you can focus on teaching, research, and keeping our campus running smoothly.
