Confirm your new employee has completed BRS Onboarding.
DO NOT ALLOW NEW EMPLOYEES TO START WORK IF THEY HAVE NOT COMPLETED ONBOARDING AND SIGNED ALL THE PAPERWORK as these steps are critical to the university's I-9 compliance.
There may be a delay before the employee appears in the UCPath system, has CalNet systems access, and appears in the supervisor's CalTime view. Employees MAY begin work before system access, but NOT before BRS Onboarding is completed.
