We've improved the way you request HR service at Berkeley ~

On October 25, 2021, a new, more modern HR ServiceNow look and feel was launched that enhances the interractions between campus and their Berkeley Regional Services (BRS) teams. Previously referred to as HR ServiceNow 2.0, we're officially calling it the new HR SERVICE HUB.

What are the benefits?

  • Approved staff will have more information and details right at their fingertips with GREATER VISIBILITY into their department(s) requests.
  • It will be easier to ask for what you need by using a MORE INTUITIVE SYSTEM with less required information up front when making a request.
  • We will pull information directly from UCPath which will REDUCE YOUR DATA ENTRY.
  • You will have BETTER SEARCH CAPABILITY to make it easier and faster to find information and the right form you need
