It's easy to request HR service at Berkeley ~

With a more modern HR ServiceNow look and feel, the new HR SERVICE HUB enhances the interractions between campus and their Berkeley Regional Services (BRS) teams. Note: ERSO-supported departments as well as Cal Performances, and I-House will continue to contact their respective HR teams directly to request service. 

Simply submit an online request (case/ticket) in the HR Service Hub for HR/APS assistance - even to ask a general question or to report a problem. Your regional HR team will take it from there!

Experiencing difficulties or have questions about system functionalities, access, or something that's just not working right?

Open an IT ticket by clicking on this box - select "Get IT Help" and choose "ServiceNow" as the Affected Service.
