2026 Summer Session Hiring
Berkeley Regional Services (BRS) HR/APS teams continue to partner with the Summer Sessions, Study Abroad & Lifelong Learning (SSALL) team to coordinate summer instructor hiring. The teams are currently working on the components for the 2026 program and deadlines and details are outlined below.
Campus departments can expect instructions from SSALL beginning on March 11, 2026 with the full details. Here are the important dates and deadlines:

* Target date (no later than) for off-cycle payments. Those with continuing Academic Year (AY) appointments may receive their Summer Sessions pay on a separate pay date. Their regularly scheduled monthly payment will not be affected. |
