Submitting hire requests
The eHire system is now available to begin entering requests for 2025. SSALL announced this information to campus on 3/17/25.
- To request access for new users, send an access request.
- New users can also review these instructions on how to submit a hire request in eHire.
- Please submit a Description of Duties form for all ASEs, except Acting Instructor - Graduate Student, before submitting a hire request in eHire (unique Form ID required).
- If there are questions about how Summer Session hiring works, or those who may be new to handling these hires for their department can browse the Summer Session website to learn more about the process and policies as well as search for answers to common questions.
